On the day trips , you’ll the rock formations that have made the Dells famous, On the trips down river, you’ll love the serenity the sandbars and the secluded beaches have to offer. This section of the river has some of the most scenic bluffs and rock formations to be found in the Midwest. We are open year-round and run the canoe/kayak trips from late spring – all summer – and into the fall, weather permitting.

Wisconsin River Tubing

The Original Lazy River
Relax and let the current of the beautiful Wisconsin River take
you on an unforgettable journey. Our floating trips take approx.
2-4 hours or take the whole day and enjoy the many beaches and
sandbars along the way.

That “DAM Kayak Trip”

We’ll drop you off at the dam, and you paddle back to River’s Edge. There are beaches to stop on and sights to see! This trip can be done in under an hour, but you can set your own pave!
$20.00 per kayak ($25.00 for canoes)

“Nancy’s”

Approximately 8 miles and 2 hours of steady, moderate paddling. The first mile you’ll see beautiful sandstone islands, and the next 7 miles are wooded shorelines and complete serenity.
Shuttle rate: $25.00

“Pine Island”

Approximately 12 miles and 3 to 4 hours of steady, moderate paddling. Like the above trip, but longer, with more beaches and lots of sandbars! Pack a lunch, and make the of it!
Shuttle rate: $30.00

“Portage”

Approximately 20 miles and 5 to 6 hours of steady, moderate paddling. This trip is long enough to be an overnighter, camping a sandbar or island.
Shuttle rate: $35.00

“Hooker’s Resort”

Approximately 30-35 miles, requiring at least 2 nights. Don’t know what to do with your weekend? Give this trip some thought.

Note: The amount of time required to do theses trips can vary according to the weather, your activities and the experience of you and your group.

Groups: Groups can enjoy a reduced rate since we only charge one shuttle rate for up to 6 canoes and up to 14 people.

Rental Rates:

  • $10.00 per hour, with a two hour minimum, or $40.00 per day. ($125 per week)

Shuttle Rates:

If you have your own canoe we’ll drop of your vehicle (the preferred method) or bring you back here!

  • Pine Island: $40.00
  • Portage: $45.00
  • Hooker’s: $55.00

Trip Rates:

  • $25.00 per canoe, per day, plus the shuttle rate.
